My background combines experience and insights working as a CISO (and vCISO), designing and building security solutions and service offerings as a Product Manager and VP MSS, as well as establishing and running a successful independent consulting firm. In these roles, I’ve served companies ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar corporations to modernize their technology and security programs, grow market share, and drive innovation.

Building on a deeply technical security consulting background, these roles have helped grow my skills related to people leadership, program management, strategy, sales, while maintaining a keen pulse on emerging threats, trends and best practices to drive effective risk management.

Justin Bauer, Director WW Partner Solutions Engineering at ExtraHop

Justin is an experienced technical sales leader having worked in the IT network, endpoint and Data protection space for over 13 years with various manufacturers including Blue Coat Systems, F5, and Symantec prior to assuming the role of WW Director of Partner Solutions Engineering at ExtraHop. Previous roles include working with SLED, federal, SMB, Enterprise and Large Enterprise business across the US managing direct Sales Engineering teams. He has also spent multiple years developing the Channel, GSI and MSSSP teams in prior roles.

Justin currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, son and dog and spends his free time fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, hunting and camping. He’s particularly fond of international travel and tries to fly-fish for exotic species as much as he is able.

Steven Overko, Solutions Engineer at SentinelOne

Steven is a Solutions Engineer at SentinelOne with over a decade of experience specifically in endpoint security.  Currently he focuses solely on helping Managed Service Providers mature their security practices enabling them to keep their customer base not only protected against today's threats, but ahead of tomorrow’s.

Jonas Kelley, Channel Manager at Google Chronicle

Hi, I’m Jonas. I’ve been an information security pro for most of my career specializing in WebApp security and testing. For the past 10 years, I’ve been in enterprise security sales working primarily with Fortune 100 companies in the vulnerability management space. At Google my role is to develop reseller and managed service provider relationships for Chronicle, VirusTotal, BeyondCorp and Security Command Center.

Mike Heller, Director of Product Management at Datashield

Mike runs the Product Management Team focused on Datashield's service offerings and relationships with technology vendors. Mike has over 20 years in the IT space with a focus on customer service and program management. Mike has worked for Datashield for 5 years and has seen a lot of positive organizational growth during his tenure. Currently, Mike heads up the Program Management Office which has direct oversight in service delivery, providing a first class experience for each customer, and overall process improvement initiatives.
